Pick-up truck catches fire on NB-15 freeway in Victorville

VICTORVILLE, Calif. (VVNG.com) — A pickup truck erupted into flames on the 15 freeway Thursday afternoon.
It happened at about 12:00 pm on the northbound I-15 approximately one mile from Bear Valley Road.
Passing motorists took several photos of the fully engulfed truck on the right shoulder. The fire caused a huge column of black smoke to billow into the air, making it visible for several miles.
Firefighters are on scene and the fire is under control.
The cause of the fire is under investigation and no injuries have been reported.
