Southwest Gas Donates Truck To Apple Valley Fire Protection District To Support Fire Inspectors

APPLE VALLEY, Calif. (VVNG.com) — The Apple Valley Fire Protection District has added a new vehicle to its fleet through a donation from Southwest Gas, helping strengthen the District’s ability to serve the community.
Southwest Gas donated a retired 2013 Ford F-150 from its fleet to support the District’s fire inspectors serving the Apple Valley community. According to information provided by Southwest Gas, the company recognized the need to assist with the District’s aging fleet and identified the truck as a good fit for the agency’s operational needs.
Before being delivered to the District, the truck was lightly refurbished to help ensure its safety and reliability for continued service.

The donation reflects the company’s ongoing collaboration with the Apple Valley Fire Protection District and its commitment to supporting public safety in the community.
The Apple Valley Fire Protection District provides fire protection, emergency medical services, fire prevention and public education for the Town of Apple Valley and surrounding service areas.
