HESPERIA, Calif. (VVNG.com) — The Stater Bros. supermarket located at 15757 Main Street, between 9th and 8th Avenue near Hesperia Civic Plaza Park, is scheduled to permanently close its doors on January 25, 2026.

Leading up to the closure, some items, including hygiene and cleaning supplies, were marked 50% off, though many of those items have already sold out.

According to store employees, all staff members from the closing location will be transferred to other Stater Bros. stores in the region.

Although no official reason has been provided by the company, there are unconfirmed reports that the store is considered underperforming and that the lease amount for the location had increased.

The location set to close is situated between two other Stater Bros. stores on Main Street in Hesperia, each just a couple of miles away.

Shoppers in the area will still have access to other Stater Bros. locations nearby. The two other stores on Main Street will remain open, along with two stores in Apple Valley, two in Victorville, and one each in Adelanto and Phelan.
