Woman Wanted for Theft by Fraud

VICTORVILLE:(VVNG.com)- Victorville Detectives are asking for the public’s help in identifying a woman wanted for theft by fraud.
On December 12, 2014 at about 3:00 p.m., an unknown female entered the Bank of America located at 12682 Amargosa Road in the city of Victorville. The female presented a fake drivers license to the teller in order to access a checking account that did not belong to her.
The female knew the account holder’s social security number and other personal information and was successful in withdrawing over $4000 from the account. The female made an earlier attempt to withdraw money at a San Bernardino branch; however, the transaction was denied by the manager.
Anybody with information in regards to the identity of the female is asked to contact Detective Long at the Victorville Station at 760-241-3180.
