VICTORVILLE, Calif. (VVNG.com) — A woman who accepted a ride from an unknown man was held at knifepoint by the male after he attempted to discuss sexual favors, officials said.

It happened just before 9:00 pm on Sunday, October 27, 2019, in the 14800 block of Seventh Street in Victorville.

Sheriff’s spokeswoman Mara Rodriguez said the 26-year old female victim was offered a ride from an unknown male subject.

Rodriguez said there was a conversation about sexual favors for money and the male pulled a knife and held it to the victim’s throat. “The victim became frightened and attempted to get out of the vehicle. As the victim dove out of the car, it lurched forward and ran over her foot,” stated Rodriguez,

She ran across the street to get away from the male, who then fled the area. She suffered an injury to her foot and was transported to a local hospital for treatment.

The male subject was described as a dark skin male, wearing a red, grey, and white turban, and a black hoodie. He had scruffy, black and grey facial hair and brown eyes.

The suspect vehicle was described as a dark grey SUV, possibly a jeep.
