Woman dragged by car in Hesperia, suspect detained by two off-duty officers

HESPERIA, Calif. ( — The suspect, Stephen Anthony Thomas was detained by two off-duty police officers after he allegedly dragged a woman from a moving vehicle Monday afternoon.

It happened at about 12:49 pm, in the area of Main Street and Rock Springs Road in Hesperia when a disturbance call was reported by two off-duty deputies, officials said.
