
APPLE VALLEY, Calif. (VVNG.com) A woman was airlifted to a trauma center following a rollover traffic collision Sunday afternoon.
The accident was reported just after 12:50 p.m. on July 9, 2017, and involved a blue pickup truck and a 1999 Toyota Celica.
Both vehicles were traveling westbound on Bear Valley Road just east of Deep Creek Road when the accident occurred.
A witness said the Toyota slammed underneath the truck and caused it to flip.
A female occupant of the pickup truck was transported to a local hospital and then airlifted to Loma Linda University Medical Center.
No other injuries were reported. The accident is under investigation by the Apple Valley Sheriff’s Department.
