APPLE VALLEY, Calif. (VVNG.com) A woman was transported to a trauma center following a rollover crash Friday morning.
At about 11:23 am, dispatch received reports of a single vehicle accident near the intersection of Roundup Way and Central Road in Apple Valley.
Per CHP incident logs, the vehicle, a Volkswagen Beetle rolled over and the driver was unconscious.
Firefighters arrived at the scene and located the vehicle south of Roundup on the dirt extension of Central Road.
An air ambulance was requested to land at Mendel Park of Tussing Ranch Road. The patient was airlifted to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center, her condition remains unknown.
The cause of the crash is under investigation by the California Highway Patrol – Victorville Division.
