VICTORVILLE, Calif. (VVNG.com) — The California Highway Patrol is searching for three people in connection with an Aug. 14 crash in Victorville that killed two teenage best friends, including a 50-year-old man detectives believe is armed and dangerous.

Terry Lamar Easter, also known as “Capone,” is wanted in connection with the fatal crash that killed 17-year-old Victorville resident Maddalyn G. Dailey and her 16-year-old best friend, Isabell Hill, of Hesperia.

Authorities are also searching for Easter’s mother, 74-year-old Madge Wells, who is wanted in connection with being an accessory to Easter following the fatal hit-and-run crash.

Wells is described as 5 feet, 5 inches tall and approximately 112 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She currently has a $50,000 warrant for her arrest.

A third person, 45-year-old Ryan James Lewis, described by authorities as an associate of Easter, is also wanted in connection with being an accessory to Easter following the crash.

Lewis is described as 5 feet, 9 inches tall and approximately 190 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He currently has a $30,000 warrant.

The warrants are connected to a devastating three-vehicle crash reported at about 8:34 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 14, 2026, at Ridgecrest Road and Elmwood Drive in Victorville.

CHP previously said a yellow Chevrolet Camaro and a black Dodge Charger were traveling northbound on Ridgecrest Road at a high rate of speed when an Acura driven by Maddalyn pulled out from Elmwood Drive and attempted to make a left turn in front of them.

The turn resulted in a three-vehicle collision. The yellow Camaro caught fire following the impact, while the Acura sustained catastrophic damage and was split into multiple pieces. One section of the Acura also caught fire.

Maddalyn and Isabell were pronounced deceased at the scene. Another person suffered critical injuries and was transported by ground ambulance to a local hospital.

Earlier CHP incident logs indicated the Camaro and Charger were possibly racing before the collision. However, CHP had not confirmed that street racing caused the crash in information previously released.

Following the deaths, separate GoFundMe campaigns were established to help the families of Maddalyn and Isabell with expenses.

Maddalyn had just begun her senior year at Sultana High School and had “so much life ahead of her,” according to her fundraiser. Maddalyn Dailey GoFundMe
