VICTORVILLE, Calif. — Police arrested a 32-year-old Victorville woman after she was found unconscious with her two small children in a vehicle, officials said.
Ronisha Shvonne Palmore was arrested on June 11, 2018, when deputies responded to the area of Moonglow Lane and Surrey Court after receiving reports of a woman hanging out her vehicle.
“Deputies arrived on scene and found Ronisha Shavonne Palmore unconscious, partially out of the car, and her toddler and infant in the back seat, unharmed. An empty alcohol bottle and prescription medication bottles were found on the front passenger seat,” stated officials in a news release.
Deputies received information confirming Palmore had been driving the vehicle prior to stopping at the Moonglow location.
Palmore was taken to a local hospital for treatment and subsequently arrested and booked at High Desert Detention Center for child cruelty and driving under the influence. The children were released to their father.
