— IT’S MORE THAN JUST COFFEE
It introduces a new concept of integrating a full-service kitchen that offers a large menu, including breakfast, lunch, dinner and a little something for everyone.
The owner Fabrice Uzan says he hopes to bring a unique experience while providing a very modern, sophisticated, and upscale environment.
The layout of the coffee shop is very open with areas to lounge and relax, making it a new trendy place to hang out in the Victor Valley.
It also features formal tables with ample seating for larger groups and serves as a great location to host business meetings.
A full-service pizza bar allows patrons to create the perfect pizza, offering a variety of over 40 fresh toppings, 8 different cheeses and dough made with imported flour from Italy.
The pizza is then cooked in a wood burning oven that heats to an astonishing 800 degrees that create the perfect crispy crust.
One of the “must have” items on the menu is the 3-stack, 12 inch pancakes that will surely satisfy your hunger. (The largest stack of pancakes we have seen locally.)
If you want to try something new, a rare to find delicacy served on the menu is the Kobe and Lamb burgers.
Uzan says there are also future plans to re-open the legendary 50-year-old Crown & Sword, a premier steak house, in about a month.
Los Angeles is home to the first Coffee Bean, opening in 1963, the firm was, and still is known to many Hollywood celebrities and touted as a success model for the coffee and tea business.
