VICTORVILLE-(VVNG.com): A hardworking cashier had her tips stolen on Sunday, October 25th at about 5:00 p.m. from the Los Alazanes located at 15105 7th Street in Victorville.
“I do not know exactly how much was in the jar, but I do know that it was full,” said Odalis Uribe.
Uribe said that she was in the back of the restaurant, when the male subject, who appeared to be a black male adult with shoulder length hair and a backpack asked her coworker for a cup of water. Uribe does not believe that the subject ever planned on buying anything. On the surveillance footage, you can see the subject looking around and quickly grabbing the entire tip jar and leaving prior to receiving his water.
Uribe did not report the incident to the police department, but now realize that she probably should have.
