Victorville Sunday Evening Hit-and-Run Single Vehicle Collision

VICTORVILLE-(VVNG.com): On Sunday, February 1st at approximately 7:23 p.m. a hit and run involving a black GMC Yukon was reported.
Per scanner reports, the vehicle was seen heading westbound on Bear Valley Road with a small mobile home or large shed on a trailer. The back of the trailer for unknown reasons jackknifed hitting and knocking over the a light pole. Debris from the mobile unit was left on the shoulder area and sidewalk for approximately ¼ mile.
The driver of the vehicle continued on, heading northbound on Ridgecrest Road and made several turns. The vehicle was later located by a deputy at the Shell Station in the 17900 block of Bear Valley at Tamarisk Road.
“When contacted by the deputy, neither the male or female in the vehicle would admit to being the driver of the hit and run accident,” said Sgt. Ken Lutz.
