Victorville police searching for suspect who stole gold necklace from Kay Jewelers inside the mall

VICTORVILLE, Calif. (VVNG.com) — The Victorville Police Department are searching for a suspect who stole a gold necklace from Kay Jewelers.
Sherif’s spokeswoman Mara Rodriguez said on July 19th at about 8:45 pm the suspect asked to see a gold necklace and fled from the mall.
The suspect was described as a Hispanic male, approximately 21-years-old, 5’5″ tall, approximately 160 lbs., with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black hat, grey shirt, blue shorts with some type of red emblem, and white shoes.
Rodriguez said the suspect has not been located or identified.
