Victorville Man arrested in alleged switchblade attack after he was asked to leave party

VICTORVILLE, Calif. (VVNG.com) — Ryan Sanchez, 33, of Victorville, is in jail for assault with a deadly weapon after he was asked to leave a party and used a switchblade to cut another man multiple times, officials said.
On Sunday, October 13, 2019, at 1:35 am, deputies from the Victor Valley Station received a 911 call from a residence in the 9100 block of Lindero Road, in Victorville.
Officials said Sanchez was invited to a party at his neighbor’s house.

When he was asked to leave, he pulled out a switchblade knife and cut one of the men at the party multiple times,” stated a sheriff’s news release.
The victim, a 62-year-old male, sustained multiple lacerations and was transported to a local hospital for his injuries.
Ryan Sanchez was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon and booked at High Desert Detention Center where he was later released on bail. He is due to appear in court on December 2, 2019.
