Victorville man arrested for attempted murder after choking girlfriend

VICTORVILLE, Calif. (VVNG.com) — A Victorville man is behind bars on attempted murder charges after he allegedly choked his girlfriend, officials said.
It happened on Monday, April 21, 2019, when the suspect Kyle Flores, 24, and his girlfriend 21-year-old Sierra Sills, got into a verbal argument.
Victorville sheriff’s station spokeswoman Mara Rodriguez told Victor Valley News, Flores pushed Sills into the car and drove around for a short time.
Flores returned back to the incident location in the 12500 block of Petaluma Road. “As they say in the car Flores choked Sills,” stated Rodriguez.
Police arrested Flores for PC 664/187(A) Attempted Murder and Sills was also arrested for PC647(F) Drunk in Public Disorderly Conduct.
Kyle Flores was booked into the High Desert Detention Center where he is currently being held on a $1 Million dollar bail. His next court appearance is scheduled for April 23rd.
Sierra Sills was cite released and is no longer in custody, according to public booking logs.
