Victorville Man Arrested After Allegedly Forcing Ex-Girlfriend to Withdraw Money from Bank

VICTORVILLE, Calif. (VVNG.com) — A 26-year-old Victorville man was arrested Tuesday afternoon after deputies say he prevented a woman from leaving a residence and forced her to withdraw money from her bank account.
