VICTORVILLE, Calif. (VVNG.com) — A 36-year-old man facing elder abuse charges after his father was found severely malnourished pleaded not guilty in court today.
The suspect, Steven Schweiger, of Victorville, was arrested at his home in the 14900 block of Seneca Road on May 1, 2019.
