Victorville Drive-By Shooting Leaves Two Injured

VICTORVILLE-(VVNG.com): Deputies from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, Victorville Station were dispatched to the 11000 block of Laurel Oak Road for a drive-by shooting on August 19th at about 5:30 p.m.
Through investigation it was determined two subjects had been shot and went to area hospitals. One was taken by ambulance and the other by private vehicle.
“No one, including the victims were cooperative with law enforcement,” said Sheriff’s Spokesman, Sgt. Dave Burgess.
Authorities believe the shooting appears to be gang related. And the vehicle involved in the drive by was located a short time later and arrests were made.
Injuries to the victims are not life threatening and there were no other injuries reported as a result of the shooting.
The incident is still under investigation at this time.
