VICTORVILLE, Calif. (VVNG.com) — The Victorville DMV office is experiencing technical difficulties Monday which resulted in delays and canceled or delayed appointments.
Victor Valley News reached out to the DMV Office of Public Affairs and received the following information.
“Multiple DMV field offices experienced technical difficulties that affected customer transactions. Connectivity is being restored and the impacted offices are coming back online. We apologize for any inconvenience to DMV customers and appreciate your patience.”
Laura Chavez said she was there with her dad when the outage happened at about 9:15 am. “As soon as he finished his renewal exam, the system went down, so now he has to go back to pick-up his paperwork. Sucks for the people waiting in line” stated Chavez in a Victor Valley 411 comment.
On July 25, 2018, the Victorville DMV office experienced a similar issue.
