Victorville City Library to Host Grand Opening Celebration at New Location on Feb. 7
VICTORVILLE, Calif. (VVNG.com) — The City of Victorville will host a grand opening celebration for its new public library facility on Saturday, February 7, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
The event marks the debut of the newly relocated Victorville City Library, now situated at 14144 Green Tree Boulevard.
According to the City’s announcement, the grand opening will feature tours of the new facility, activities for all ages, refreshments, and free giveaways while supplies last.
The previous library location at 15011 Circle Drive permanently closed on December 21, 2025.
“We hope to see you there as we celebrate this great accomplishment!” organizers said in a statement.
As part of its community outreach, the Victorville City Library is also partnering with Neighborhood Forest to promote youth environmentalism and “add some green” to the #cityofvv.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to register their child to receive a free tree in celebration of Earth Day.
Tree saplings will be delivered to the library and made available for children to take home around Earth Day in April. Registration is open now through March 15 and can be completed online at bit.ly/neighborhoodforrest. For more information, call (760) 245-4222.
The grand opening event is free and open to the public.
