Victorville City Festival of Lights Christmas and Tree Lighting Ceremony 2018

Victorville, Calif. – The City of Victorville will kick off the holiday season with its annual Festival of Lights Christmas and Tree Lighting Ceremony on Saturday, Dec. 1, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., at Victorville City Hall located at 14343 Civic Dr.
All are invited to come enjoy the “Magic of Community” at this FREE event that features horse-drawn carriage rides, hot cocoa and cookies, and live entertainment at Victorville City Hall. Take photos with Santa and Mrs. Claus, or create festive Christmas art and crafts to give as gifts this holiday season.
The High Desert’s own Barbershop Chorus, the Hi Country Harmonaires will perform a selection of Christmas favorites, and the High Desert Youth Ballet is sure to delight with their artful rendition of the Nutcracker. Carolers, Paul and Janelle will spread the holiday magic throughout the evening with their unique Christmas folk-style melodies.
Event Sponsors, B.E.A.R.S (Benefit Everyone, Assist Recreation & Sports), Food For Less, and Kona Ice are providing the hot cocoa, cookies and raffle prizes.
Come join in this celebration and enjoy the Christmas caroling, seasonal vendors and more! Admission, parking, and attractions are FREE! The Christmas tree will be lit at dusk!
