HESPERIA-(VVNG.com): At approximately 10:20 A.M., on Wednesday, May 6th the driver of a Chrysler Sebring recognized a bike recently stolen from his sibling in the same area.
The driver pulled into the path of the bicyclist, causing the bike to collide into the stopped vehicle near Smoketree Street and Seventh Avenue.
The bicyclist sustained minor injuries, fled the scene on foot, but was located and transported to a local hospital for treatment.
The driver was uninjured and according to authorities was cited and released.
