Used Car Giveaway 12: Ten More Finalists will be Announced

(VVNG.com)- Valley Hi Toyota is at it again. “We broke the interwebs!,” jokes Brian Ortega, Marketing Manager at the Victorville Dealership. “Last Friday (Feb. 26) was quite an ordeal when we announced the vehicle we’re giving away. People were tuning in but the broadcast kept going out. I felt bad and I appreciate those who stuck around during the entire event. That’s the reason for our next LIVE event.”

Valley Hi Toyota changes things up every giveaway and this time is no different. If you entered Used Car Giveaway 12 you might want to tune in on Monday, March 7th where 10 finalists will be chosen. There will be two separate LIVE events, one at 12:30pm and another at 6:00pm for those who work during the first airing. 5 finalists will be selected during each broadcast for a total of 10.

“This way more people can watch and participate. It really is a fun way to engage with our Social Media followers. I asked on Facebook if there would be interest in a later time. The response was split so we’re doing two. If we get to 11,000 likes, we’ll have another finalist. 12,000 and why not- we’ll have 12 finalists! Register HERE to watch.

After the revealing of the 2005 Prius the connection continued to drop and ultimately there was an email was sent out. The viewer that was randomly selected the first finalist is Jerry Arsenault. His reply email said, “Hi Brian,Woohoo, thank so much! I’m really excited! Again, thank you so much.”

“It’s a lot of work to put these events on, and they’re not always a success but it’s well worth it.” says Todd Stokes, General Manager. “We’re actually thinking about inviting all of our finalists to our new dealership!” Valley Hi Toyota is moving to the adjacent building while the current dealership will get a new state-of-the-art building.

“If you haven’t liked our Facebook page and entered the giveaway, you really are missing out.” says Ortega. The contest officially ends March 10, so there is still a few more days left to ENTER. “These broadcasts are exciting and it takes some time to get it done right. I will be announcing some other finalists on Periscope. Follow us on that platform as well as https://twitter.com/valleyhitoyotas because that can happen at any given moment.” The dealership also mentioned that announcing finalists on Instagram is likely as well.

The contest has received so much engagement in the High Desert that local businesses have provided giveaways during the event as well. “I think it’s really cool what Valley Hi Toyota is doing for the community. We’re happy to contribute prizes,” says Angela Mota, owner of Bella Mia Salon in Hesperia. Other businesses contributing are Harley-Davidson Victorville, The Brass Pickle, M Cupcakes n’ Pastries, Good Dog Training by Charlie, and more.

Just in case you don’t win, Valley Hi Toyota just announced it’s “1 for Everyone Sales Event” when qualified buyers can lease a 2016 Corolla for 0% APR for 60 months or lease one at $149/mo with $1,999 due at drive off.
