VICTORVILLE-(VVNG.com): An unknown Hispanic male suspect is terrorizing Victor Valley women, the victims have fortunately until this point escaped the attacks, but authorities are reminding women to stay vigilant. The suspect can be a danger, there have already been two victims that have reported incidents.
The first victim was assaulted on Tuesday, January 20 at approximately 5:00 p.m. in the parking lot at Victor Valley College not far from the Student Activities Center. The suspect asked the 18-year-old female student about a classroom then grabbed the front of her jacket as she tried to walk away. The suspect then reached into the front of the victim’s pants and tore her underwear. The victim got away and called the police.
The following day, January 21st, at approximately 1:00 a.m., a male suspect, believed to be the same one as in the first assault assaulted a 22-year-old victim. The victim was walking on the sidewalk in front of the Ashley Furniture Store when an unknown male walked up behind her asking to use her phone. The woman told him she had no phone while quickly walking away. He shoved her to the ground then dragged her by her leg across the sidewalk. The terrified female victim was able to turn and kick the victim, causing him to let go. The victim reported seeing an older white vehicle parked in front of the Ashley furniture store at the time of the assault and believes it may have belonged to the suspect.
The male suspect, was described by both victims to be approximately 30-40 years old, 5’6-5’11, 170-180 pounds with a full mustache and beard, short to medium length brown hair and driving a white car. He was reported to be wearing a black jacket, black t-shirt, black jeans and black sweatpants. The suspect, who drove and older white 4-door vehicle (possibly a small VW Wagon) had a strong raspy voice and smelled like cigarettes and wet dog. The suspect is wanted for the attempted kidnapping and attempted sexual assault of these women.
