LUCERNE VALLEY, Calif. (VVNG.com) — A portion of Highway 18 near Fairlane Road was shut down Tuesday evening following a collision involving two tractor-trailer trucks, including a cement mixer and a double loader.

The incident occurred at approximately 5:20 p.m. on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, just north of Fairlane Road, according to California Highway Patrol incident logs.

One of the trucks overturned, and the rear axle of the other blocked the northbound lane, resulting in a complete traffic stoppage.
