HESPERIA:(VVNG.com)- Police have announced the arrest of two Hesperia men wanted in connection with a Monday, January 25, 2016, armed robbery.
At about 5:30 P.M., Deputies from the Hesperia Sheriff’s Station received the report of an armed robbery in the area of Main Street and Seventh Avenue. The victim told police the suspects stole a camera lens, two cell phone and a wallet.
Through investigation, deputies were able to track the suspects identified as 27-year-old Tyree Edwards and 22-year-old Michael Riley back to an address in the 16000 block of Juniper Street in Hesperia.
According to authorities, a search warrant was obtained and served at the location where the victim’s property, identification and credit cards belonging to other victims as well as the suspect’s handgun were recovered. The two suspects were positively identified and arrested without incident.
Suspect Tyree Edwards and Michael Riley were arrested and booked at HDDC on charges of PC211- armed robbery.
