Truck reverses into Harbor Freight Tools in Hesperia during burglary

HESPERIA, Calif. (VVNG.com) — A suspect intentionally reversed his pickup truck into a Harbor Freight Tools earlier this week during a commercial burglary.
On Monday, January 20, 2020, at approximately 2:20 am, deputies responded to the business located at 11940 Hesperia Road, for an audible burglar alarm and located the front doors smashed open.
The store’s surveillance video captured a red pickup truck reversing and crashing into the glass double doors. A suspect wearing all black with a red bandana exits the truck and runs inside the business.
Amongst the items stolen were Hercule Drills and machetes. The dollar amount of damages caused or the value of the stolen items was not available.
The investigation is still on-going and anyone with information is asked to contact the Hesperia Police Department at 769-947-1500.
