VICTORVILLE, Calif. (VVNG.com) A car slammed into a freeway sign Monday, causing traffic on the freeway.
It happened at about 11:52 a.m. on the northbound 15 freeway just before the Bear Valley Road offramp.
For reasons unknown, a blue Honda Accord hit a freeway sign. The impact caused the wood to shatter, and the sign was laying on top of the vehicle.
Firefighters arrived on scene and treated at least one person from the vehicle. Their injuries are unknown.
According to the California Highway Patrol incident logs, a tow truck was request to the scene at 12:01pm.
