HESPERIA:(VVNG.com)- First responders are on scene of a traffic collision with extrication in progress at Ranchero Road and 7th Avenue in Hesperia.
Per scanner traffic, two to three vehicles are involved in the collision and lanes are blocked. One of the vehicles is leaking fuel onto the roadway.
One airship was requested to transport a seriously injured patient. However, a short moment later the airship was cancelled. The patient, described as a 50-year-old was transported code 3 in full cardiac arrest to Desert Valley Hospital. Two other patients sustained minor injuries.
According to a witness, the vehicles involved are a white GMC SUV and a gray sports type car, possibly an Infiniti G35.
The Hesperia MAIT team is investigating the collision. Hard road closures are in place on Santa Fe East and Ranchero as well as Santa Fe and Wells Fargo.
