Three People Carjacked at Gunpoint in Bloomington

BLOOMINGTON, Calif.(VVNG.com)- Authorities are searching for a suspect who carjacked three occupants inside of a vehicle at gunpoint.

The carjacking was reported on November 18, 2016, at 1:05 a.m. in the 11900 block of Sycamore Street in Bloomington.

According to a press release, the victim was driving his uncle’s car and had his two friends with him. They were parked in the 11900 block of Sycamore Street in Bloomington.

An older model green, Honda pulled up next to them, and a person exited the passenger side of the car. The suspect approached the victim’s car and pointed a shotgun at the three victims. The suspect made the three victims get out of the car and run. The suspect then drove away in the victim’s car, the suspect driving the green Honda also drove away.

The victim’s cell phone, wallet, and money were inside the car when it was stolen. The victim’s car is a tan 2001 Honda Civic, California license plate number 6UXG296.

Police are searching for two suspects involved in the carjacking. Suspect no. 1 is described as a Hispanic male adult, wearing a navy blue bandana with a green lightweight jacket. The second suspect is a Hispanic male adult last seen wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt.

Police advise the suspects are considered to be armed and dangerous. If you see the car, please call 911 and do not approach the car or the suspects.
