VICTORVILLE,Calif:(VVNG.com)- Three suspects are behind bars after conspiring to commit burglary using a stolen credit card and other stolen personal information.
On Monday, August 22, 2016, at approximately 10:58 am, deputies were dispatched to a report of fraudulent use of a credit card. Deputy Dalton Hendrickson and Deputy Dave Romero of the Victor Valley Sheriff’s Station responded and began an investigation which led them to the Hilton Garden Inn in Victorville.
Deputy Lauren Abernathy had been dispatched to a separate call of stolen mail and when deputies compared notes they believed the cases were related.
All 3 deputies, along with Deputy Jonathan Barmer, responded to the Hilton Garden Inn and found that a victim’s card was currently being used to pay for a room at the hotel.
While at the hotel, deputies made contact with all three suspects identified as Russell Ryan Moore, 23, Kristin Ann Swanson, 24, and Kevin Allen Browder, 48.
Deputies located personal information belonging to numerous victims throughout the High Desert and Valley communities. Deputies also located stolen mail, narcotics and electronic equipment possibly belonging to other victims.
All 3 subjects in the hotel room, Moore, Swanson and Browder were arrested and booked at High Desert Detention Center on charges of conspiracy to commit crime and burglary. Each of the suspects are being held in lieu of $25,000 bail.
