VICTORVILLE, Calif. (VVNG.com) — The Galley Fish Tacos is offering kids 12 and under a free kids meal as a way to help families facing difficult times during the coronavirus pandemic.
In a Facebook post, the eatery said they are hoping to help relieve some parents with the burden of these difficult times.
“We understand some parents are struggling to find groceries and kids unexpectedly got an extra week off and we want to help,” stated the post.
From now until March 30th, kids 12-years-old and under can choose any of the Galley’s kid’s meals with a small drink included! What’s the catch? There is no catch! However, children must be present at the time of ordering and only one meal per child.
The Galley Fish Tacos has two locations proudly serving the Victor Valley. The first location in Victorville is at 12748 Amargosa Road #7 or you can visit their second location at 12218 Apple Valley Road #105 in the town of Apple Valley.
Yesterday VVNG shared the news about Nick’s Pizza in Apple Valley stepping up and offering free take out lunches to kids 18 and younger during the hours of 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.
After a humbling first day, Nick’s Pizza has taken on another mission of helping people who are in need of extra supplies in the Victor Valley. According to the post, items like toilet paper, baby wipes, water, milk, and many other things are needed. “We would like to try and help get these supplies to people in need. So if anyone has anything they can afford to donate we will make sure it goes to people that need it.”
Nick’s Pizza is located at 21510 Bear Valley Road Ste L1. For more information on donations please call 760-240-3532.
