Texas Roadhouse Restaurant along 15 freeway in Hesperia taking shape

HESPERIA, Calif. (VVNG.com) — Victor Valley residents will soon have a new dining destination as construction on a Texas Roadhouse restaurant along the I-15 freeway in the City of Hesperia is beginning to take shape.
The all-new 8,500-square-foot steakhouse will be located on Mariposa Road, just south of Main Street near the Courtyard Marriott Hotel.
Construction crews recently draped a banner on the exterior of the erected wood structure that reads”Texas Roadhouse Coming Soon.”
According to development and construction plans the project will be completed in two Phases. Phase 1 will include construction of the main restaurant and pads for future developments. Phase 2 will include construction of a hotel and fast food restaurant on 5 gross acres.
Texas Roadhouse is an international family dining restaurant chain, established in 1993 in Clarksville, Indiana where Kent Taylor opened the very first one. Today, the company operates about 563 locations across 49 U.S. States.
“Kent’s goal was to own not just a family restaurant and not just a steak restaurant but a place where everyone, of all ages, could come and have a great meal and great fun for a great price,” according to the company’s website.
They are equally proud to offer larger portions so customers get more food for their dollar.
Hand-cut steaks, ribs, and fresh-baked rolls are amongst the few crowd favorites at the western-themed restaurant and bar. Diners also love the free bucket of peanuts at every table and throwing the peanut shells straight onto the floor.
The closest Texas Roadhouse to the Victor Valley is about 50 miles away in Corona.
As of now, the is no official word on when the Hesperia location is expected to open. Stay tuned for more details as they become available.
