ADELANTO-(VVNG.com): At about 12:30 a.m. on August 23rd a 15-year-old male was shot on Daisy Road near Villa Street in Adelanto. According to scanner traffic, the teen was just standing outside at the time of the shooting. The teen victim, ran inside the home and saying that he got shot.
First responders arrived on scene just minutes of the call. The teen got shot several times in his abdomen area. Mercy Air transported the victim to a trauma center for treatment of his injuries.
The suspects were only identified by the black Ford Focus they saw fleeing the scene. Witnesses said that the incident occurred during a party, but with unknown circumstances.
There is no further information at this time. Victor Valley News reporters will update information as we receive it. The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, Adelanto Station is investigating this shooting.
