VICTORVILLE-(VVNG.com): On December 20, 2014 at approximately 9:30 PM dispatch received a report of three males wearing bandannas and beanies entering the Jack In the Box restaurant on Mojave Road and El Evado Road. The three male subjects forced the employees to the floor stealing personal items from the employees as well as cash from the restaurant. The subjects fled from the scene and were not located.
On December 27, 2014, the three males wearing bandannas and beanies carrying handguns entered the Carl’s Jr. restaurant located on Hook Blvd. and Amargosa Road. During the robbery, a female employee was struck in the head with the gun, causing injury. The suspects fled in a white SUV and deputies attempted to stop the vehicle. The vehicle crashed and the suspects were not located.
Shortly after the suspects fled, a residential burglary was reported in the area.
Through the investigation it was determined that all three crimes were consistent in nature and were all tied together.
Three juvenile males were identified as suspects. Two of the suspects were brothers, age 14 and 15 and the other was their 17-year-old friend.
On December 30, 2014 two search warrants were executed at the residences of the juveniles where additional evidence was located. The 14 and 15 year-old-brothers were arrested and booked at the High Desert Juvenile facility. The 17-year-old has not been arrested at this time.
