VICTORVILLE-(VVNG.com):  The suspect connected to the attempted kidnapping at Liberty Park on October 13th at about 6:45 p.m. has been identified by photo line up. Julie Anne Turner is described as a white female, 5’2” and 180 pounds. She was last seen driving a silver or white Buick with a license plate number of 5HMG391.
