VICTORVILLE: Police arrested a man in connection with a bank robbery that took place on Friday just before 1:00 p.m., at a Wells Fargo bank.
Per scanner traffic, the suspect allegedly entered the bank located near the intersection of Roy Rogers drive and Amargosa road in Victorville and demanded money. He was given an undisclosed amount of cash before running out the front door.
The suspect was seen running into the Winco market. An officer doing an area check found the suspect inside the market with the cash in his hands. He was apprehended and arrested without further incident.
No customers or employees were injured during the robbery.
