VICTORVILLE-(VVNG.com): At about 10:45 A.M., on Saturday, September 5th Deputies arrived to the Palmdale Road and I-15 overpass to find a 34-year-old Hispanic Male adult in distress and threatening to jump to the freeway below.

Upon arrival, Victorville Deputies G. Garcia and E. Oliveros found Mario Delvalle holding on to the protective fence of the Palmdale bridge ready to jump. Both Deputies immediately began talking to him and building a rapport.
