VICTORVILLE:(VVNG.com)- Dispatch received a report of a strong armed robbery that occurred in the food court area inside the Mall of Victor Valley at approximately 11:40 A.M., on Sunday, March 29, 2015.
Per scanner traffic, two suspects ripped a gold necklace from the victim’s neck. The suspects are described as two black males in there 20’s. Both suspects were last seen running towards the business area of Hobby Lobby/Toys R’ US.
Officers are in the process of reviewing mall security cameras as well as searching the area for the possible suspects. CHP helicopter h-80 was also requested to assist with air support.
According to scanner reports, a similar incident took place yesterday. At this time it’s unknown if both incidents are connected.
