Stolen Car Recovered; Phelan Man Arrested

VICTORVILLE, Calif. (VVNG.com) Alejandro Isaac Leon, a 22-year-old Phelan resident was arrested for vehicle theft and possession of stolen property.
On April 9, 2017, just before 8:00 p.m. a deputy was patrolling in the 12100 block of Amargosa Road.
Sheriff’s Service Specialist, M. Felix, conducted a records check on a 1990 Honda Accord.
Results of the check indicated the vehicle had been reported stolen on April 7, 2017, in Signal Hill, Ca.
Deputy G. Anagnostopoulos responded to the location and detained the male driver, who was later identified as Alejandro Isaac Leon.
Leon was booked at High Desert Detention Center for vehicle theft and possession of stolen property. He is scheduled to appear in Victorville Superior Court on April 11, 2017.
