Solicitation for Prostitution Reverse Sting Operation

MORENO VALLEY: On March 13, 2014, at various hours, officers from the Moreno Valley Police Department’s Problem Oriented Policing (POP) Team and Robbery Burglary Suppression Team (RST/BST) conducted an undercover prostitution sting operation at a motel located in the 24000 block of Sunnymead Blvd, in the City of Moreno Valley. The operation was in response to complaints from the community involving subjects loitering, suspected of illegal drug activity and prostitution.

During the operation, 32 adult males were arrested for soliciting a prostitute. The suspects arrested were from several Southern California communities. In addition, five suspects were arrested for possession for sales of marijuana. The drug-related arrestees offered to give the undercover officers marijuana in lieu of currency to complete the negotiated solicitation payment. One suspect was arrested for violating the terms and conditions of his parole and another was arrested for violating the terms and conditions of his probation.

  • Hull, Skyler, age 24, Perris – Possession for sales of marijuana for purposes of soliciting a prostitute.
  • Heard, Tarvis, age 32, Corona – Possession for sales of marijuana for purposes of soliciting a prostitute.
  • Rodriguez, Jesus J., age 22, Moreno Valley – Possession for sales of marijuana for purposes of soliciting a prostitute.
