Solar panel stolen from SOCAL Gas yard in Lucerne Valley

LUCERNE VALLEY, Calif. (VVNG.com) — The Victor Valley Sheriff’s Station is asking for assistance from the community to identify the suspects responsible for vandalism and theft at a SOCAL Gas yard.
It happened on Thursday, February 27, 2020, at about 12:00 pm., in the area of North Side Road and Huff Road in Lucene Valley.
According to a sheriff’s news release, “the suspects cut the fencing to the SOCAL Gas Emergency Shut Off Yard and entered the property. Once inside, they removed one solar panel valued at $1,000.”
The total loss to the company is estimated at $1,500.00, officials said.
