Small brush fire along Bear Valley Road in Victorville stopped by firefighters

VICTORVILLE, Calif. (VVNG.com) — Victorville City Firefighters responded o a brush fire in the area of Cobalt and Bear Valley Roads on Tuesday afternoon.
A witness named Mando said he was driving by when he saw the smoke and fire. “It started off as a small fire but it grew pretty fast,” he said.
Firefighters from Medic Engine 313 arrived on scene and quickly worked on containing the fire.
A large column of white smoke from the fire was visible for several miles.
No injuries were reported by civilians or firefighters. The official cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
