Silverado High School teacher arrested for inappropriately touching two girls

VICTORVILLE, Calif. ( — A teacher in Victorville is behind bars, accused of inappropriately touching two 14-year-old students, and authorities say there could be more victims.

53-year-old Christopher Leo Foster was arrested on January 25, 2019, at about 8:00 a.m. at Silverado High School located in the 14000 block of Cobalt Road in Victorville.

“School Resource Officer, Deputy M. Martinez with the Victorville Police Department, was informed of two 14-year old female students at Silverado High School reporting they had been inappropriately touched by a teacher at the school,” officials said.

Deputy Martinez and Detectives with the Victorville Police Department conducted multiple interviews and as a result, Foster was arrested and booked at High Desert Detention Center for annoying/molesting victims under 18 years old, authorities confirmed.

Detectives executed a search warrant at Foster’s home where they seized several electronic devices for evidence as they continue to investigate.

The suspect’s booking photo is being released, as Detectives believe there may be additional victims.
