Silverado High School student, 16, arrested for burglary and theft

VICTORVILLE, Calif. (VVNG.com) — A 16-year-old student at Silverado High School was arrested for burglary and theft, officials said.
It happened on January 16, 2020, in the 14000 block of Cobalt Road in Victorville.
Sheriff’s spokeswoman Mara Rodriguez told VVNG the walkie-talkies are valued at over $1,000 and they were stolen from a room at the school.
Rodriguez sais school employees were able to track down the student and radios.
The student was arrested and booked at High Desert Juvenile Detention Center for burglary and theft.
