Dispatch received a call from a reporting party advising she seen a semi roll over onto the right shoulder.
According to the California Highway Patrol incident logs, the accident was reported at 4:12 p.m. on Friday.
The incident occurred on highway-395 approximately 1 mile north of Shadow Mountain road, near mile marker 23.
Per CHP, the trailer is loaded with 40,000 pounds of cereal and negative on any fuel spill.
The driver of the semi was reportedly trapped and required extrication from the 18-wheeler.
Traffic is moving in both directions, southbound traffic is the right shoulder and north bound traffic is using the south bound lane.
No injuries have been reported.
