DEVORE:(VVNG.com)- On Tuesday, June 2, 2015 at approximately 7:35 P.M., a semi was reported to be fully engulfed on the northbound 15 freeway just north of Devore Road.
Per CHP incident logs, an Orange colored Schneider truck was stopped on the right shoulder with flames coming from under the hood.
Firefighters arrived and quickly put out the flames and prevented the fire from spreading to nearby dry brush.
At 8:07 P.M., a Sig Alert was issued for about 1 hour, temporarily shutting down the #3, #4 and #5 lanes.
At this time the cause of the fire is unknown. No injuries were reported to firefighters or the semi driver.
