CAJON PASS:(VVNG.com)- Firefighters are responding to a call on the southbound 15 freeway near highway 138, south of the scales for an over turned vehicle.
The collision was reported at 1:06 P.M., on Wednesday, June 24, 2015.
Per CHP incident logs a tan SUV left the freeway and overturned. The SUV is visible from the freeway.
A retired Fire Chief stopped to at the scene to help a person who’s reportedly trapped under the vehicle. At 1:19 P.M., scanner traffic indicated CPR was in progress after one person was ejected.
Forrest service has requested to shut down the #1 lane. 50-100 feet of cable has been requested in order to bring the vehicle back to the roadway.
At this time the cause of the accident is unknown. More information will be updated as it becomes available.
