San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Deputy gets down for the “Git Up Challenge”

SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. (VVNG.com) — San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Deputy Rangel wasn’t shy about showing off his moves in front of a camera as he danced to the popular song, “The Git Up” by Blanco Brown.
You might be wondering what is the #Gitupchallenge? On April 19, 2019, country/hip-hop artist Blanco Brown, released a video featuring his latest hit filmed with a cellphone in the foyer of his home and shared it to Instagram.
His catchy hook and step by step dance moves have inspired the viral challenge from people all over the world.
As the sheriff’s department said in their post: After a long shift, Deputy Rangel still has the git up: #GitUpChallenge
The #GitUpChallenge hashtag on Twitter and Instagram features hundreds of videos of people doing the dance solo or in groups.
